700 g chicken breast

3 tablespoons ricotta cheese

3 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons basil

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Step 1
Slice the chicken fillets and cook them over medium heat in a frying pan with olive oil.
Step 2
When the chicken is cooked, put it on a plate.
Step 3
In the same pan, put the 3 tablespoons of ricotta cheese and crème fraîche, garlic and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix well and let heat 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the chicken to the sauce and simmer for a few moments.
