8 sheets of brick

6 thin slices of chorizo

150 g feta cheese

50 g Emmental cheese

25 g butter

1 egg

1/2 bunch of basil (or oregano)

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Coarsely crush the feta in a bowl, mix it with the grated Emmental cheese, the chorizo slices cut into small pieces, the egg and the chopped basil. Pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Spread a sheet of brick on the work surface, fold it so as to obtain a strip. Brush it with melted butter and place a tablespoon of stuffing in a corner of the sheet. Fold it to the left to lock the stuffing, fold the triangle over itself several times from right to left.
Step 3
Place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve these hot samoussas with a green salad
