Clafoutis mozzarella, Parme et basilic

12 thin slices of parma ham

300 g mozzarella cheese

1 clove of garlic

4 eggs

125 g flour

30 cl of milk

1 bunch of basil

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pepper

Salt


Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper. Beat the eggs into an omelette and add them to the flour and olive oil.
Step 2
Dilute it while pouring in the milk to obtain a homogeneous paste (pass it through the sieve if there are lumps), and finally put the chopped basil.
Step 3
Rub an ovenproof dish with the clove of garlic and brush it with oil. Spread the mozzarella beads.
Step 4
Pour the dough into the dish, prick the ham into it by making rosettes. Bake 40 to 45 min at 180°C (thermostat 6).
