4 turkey / chicken cutlets

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 onion

1 can of coconut milk

Pepper

Salt

Cayenne pepper

Curry

Paprika

Basil

Sugar

Step 1
Sauté the minced onion in a frying pan with a base of olive oil. Sprinkle with sugar to caramelize the onion.
Step 2
Add the peppers cut into thin strips. Sauté over medium heat. When the vegetables start to melt, add the meat in pieces (bite-sized). Cook gently for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the coconut milk over the preparation. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste (coconut milk neutralizes the dish, so vary the spices without fear). Keep at a low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve over basmati rice, sweet potato or fresh pasta.
