Egg casserole with raw ham

Egg casserole with raw ham

2 eggs

20 cl light liquid cream

2 slices of raw ham

basil leaf



4 slices of sandwich bread


Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210° (thermostat 7).
Step 2
In each individual ramekin, put 10 cl of light liquid cream in. Season with salt and pepper and mix to distribute the salt and pepper in the cream (be careful not to put too much salt because raw ham brings salt...).
Step 3
Add 1 whole egg to each ramekin and divide 1 slice of raw ham, previously cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Chop the basil and sprinkle it into the ramekins.
Step 5
Bake in a double boiler in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with slices of toasted sandwich bread, cut into triangles and buttered.
Step 7
