4 eggplants

3 peppers

5 tomatoes

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of fresh cream

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

20 black olives

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Sauté and cook separately in a saucepan: eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mixer.
