Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

Peel the eggplant.
Step 3
Coarsely remove the goat's crust, cut into thin slices and set aside, finely cut your basil set aside as well.

Cut the aubergines lengthwise to a thickness of about 5 mm.

In a frying pan, drizzle with olive oil and brown the eggplant, season with salt and pepper.
