200 g feta cheese

1 pizza dough

50 cl of tomato puree

15 cl of liquid fresh cream

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

Black olives

Olive oil

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 210°C.
Step 2
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Grease your dish, then roll out your dough. Pour over the tomato puree, then the Feta cheese cubes, sour cream and gruyère.
Step 3
Sprinkle with basil, herbs of Provence, salt and pepper. Decorate the pizza with black olives, pour a dash of oil.
Step 4
Put your preparation in the oven for 15 minutes.
Author's note
You can replace Gruyère with Beaufort for a tastier pizza.
