Number of people

6 good size whiting fillets or 12 small fillets (or other fish that can be cooked: monkfish, sea bass, etc.)

4 tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

1 onion

1 glass of white wine

1 pinch of curry powder

6 basil leaves

1 small bouquet of coriander

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Sauté the onion in olive oil. When golden, add the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces, white wine, curry, chopped garlic and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 2
Just before serving, put the fillets to cook in this sauce by covering them (with a lid to avoid turning them over because the fillets break easily).
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper and add the chopped basil and fresh coriander.
Step 4
Serve with couscous semolina, bulgur or rice.
