1 puff pastry dough
1 stick of ashen goat cheese
100 g of bacon
2 tablespoons of fresh cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
Basil
1 egg yolk

Step 1
Brown the bacon in a frying pan.
Step 2
Crush the goat with a fork and mix in the fresh cream + olive oil + basil.
Step 3
Mix well and arrange everything (evenly) on 1/2 puff pastry. Add your grilled bacon on top and fold the second half of your puff pastry over the whole (you get the shape of a slipper).
Step 4
Brush the top of your slipper with egg yolk and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot with a salad!
