Gratin of zucchini and tomatoes with raw ham

4 tomatoes

2 courgettes

2 spoons of olive oil

1 bag of Parmesan cheese

2 slices of raw ham

basil leaf

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Wash the courgettes and cut them into slices (not too thin). Fry them in a frying pan with 1 spoon of olive oil. They have to be semi-cooked.
Step 2
Immerse the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 seconds to peel them. Once the skin is removed, cut them into slices.
Step 3
In a shallow gratin dish, place a slice of tomato and a slice of zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the raw ham and basil into small strips and put them on the gratin. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and spread the rest of the oil.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for about ten minutes, depending on how the courgettes are cooked.
Author's note
Can be done without the raw ham.
