1 guinea fowl

2 courgettes

1 onion

1 can of crushed tomatoes

Basil

Curry

4 spices

Olive oil
For the joke:

300 g sausage meat

1 can of crushed chestnuts

1 egg yolk

Chopped garlic and parsley

1 tablespoon of flour if necessary

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Stuff the guinea fowl with the stuffing (mix all ingredients)
Step 2
Season with pepper and oil the guinea fowl on all sides.
Step 3
Add the spices and basil and place in an oiled dish large enough to be able to add the vegetables and then put in the oven.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the courgettes in slices or cubes, salt and pepper them and add curry.
Step 5
After 30 minutes of cooking the guinea fowl, place them around with the tomatoes and chopped onion and the whole chestnuts reserved.
Step 6
Finish cooking and serve the cut guinea fowl surrounded by the filling and stuffing.
Author's note
Vegetables can vary according to the season. An ordinary stuffing with bread and giblets can easily be replaced by the one offered.
