4 slices of thick ham
2 courgettes
Parsley
Basil
Pepper
Salt
Grated cheese
For the béchamel sauce:
50 g butter
30 g flour
50 cl of milk
Preparation

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Prepare the béchamel sauce according to the classic recipe. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash and peel the courgettes, leaving every other green strip (it is prettier). Cut them in 4 and remove the central part of the courgette.
Step 3
Put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water + salt + pepper + the herbs you have chosen. Put the salad bowl in the microwave, cover and cook for about 10 minutes so that you can crush them with a coarse fork.
Step 4
While the courgettes are cooking, you will have cut the ham into squares.
Step 5
Then, mix the béchamel sauce with the crushed courgettes and rid of their water if there is too much, and also add the pieces of ham.
Step 6
You can now "raise" your lasagna by alternating a layer of pasta and béchamel sauce + grated gruyère at each layer.
Step 7
Finish with a layer of sauce + Gruyère.
Step 8
Bake for 40 min at 180°C (thermostat 6).
