Hamburger with Ardennes ham

1 kg of ground beef (or other)

2 eggs

Bread (equivalent to 2 slices of bread)

2 slices of Ardennes ham (or smoked)

1 bunch of parsley

Grated Parmesan cheese

5 mint leaves

Pepper

Salt

Garlic powder

5 basil leaves

6 tablespoons of oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add mint, garlic, parsley, basil, crumbled bread crumbs, cheese, minced ham and ground meat.
Step 3
Mix well, taste and adjust the seasoning.
Step 4
Shape the hamburgers (shape you want: like a chopped steak, into small pucks...) into a plate.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers.
Step 6
Don't forget to return them!
