4 bird without head

3 cans of peeled tomato

1/2 zucchini

1/2 eggplant

1 carrot

1 onion

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Oregano

Tarragon

Paprika

Garlic

Fresh cream

Maizena

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Lightly brown the birds in a saucepan with a little butter.
Step 2
Then add the peeled tomato cans, 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 eggplant, carrot, onion and spices.
Step 3
Simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour and a half, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
When everything is cooked, pour a little fresh cream to soften it and if the sauce is too liquid, bind it with a little cornstarch.
Author's note
As a side dish, rice is perfect.
