Homemade Tortellinis

Homemade Tortellinis

Number of people

500 g tortellini

250 g ham in sticks

280 g peas

spaghetti spices, paprika, salt and pepper

1 onion and 1 shallot

basil leaf

1 can of peeled tomato (available with spices such as oregano, basil)

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

Grated Gruyère and breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by browning the onion and shallot in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the ham and various spices as well as the peas.
Step 4
Brown the ham and cover it with tomatoes.
Step 5
Add the cream and finely chopped basil.
Step 6
Mix the tortellini with the sauce, put them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Gruyère cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Step 7
And here we go for + or - 10 minutes at 180°C.
Author's note
Parmesan cheese can be added to improve the gratin and use the grill at the last minute.
