Hot and cold ricotta pizza

Hot and cold ricotta pizza

Number of people

1 homemade or ready-to-use pizza dough

150 g country ham

3 tomatoes

125 g mozzarella cheese

150 g ricotta cheese

10 cl of tomato sauce

2 sprigs of basil

Olive oil



Preparation: 45 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Mix the tomato coulis with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the pizza dough on a sheet of oiled aluminum foil or on the baking sheet and brush it with the coulis.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Boil and then refresh the tomatoes, peel them, seed them, then dice them and mix them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 6
Drain and dice the mozzarella and sprinkle them over the pizza dough.
Step 7
Bake again for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Take the pizza out of the oven.
Step 9
Remove the leaves and chop the basil sprigs and shred the ham slices.
Step 10
In a plate, crush the ricotta with a fork.
Step 11
Cover the entire surface of the pizza with it. Spread the diced tomatoes, shredded ham and basil on top.
Step 12
Serve immediately.
Author's note
You can add diced papaya or fresh mango just before serving.
