1 shortcrust pastry

150 g mascarpone

5 cl milk

2 eggs

100 g dried tomato

100 g mozzarella cheese

3 slices of parma ham

1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Roll out the dough in a mould, prick the bottom with a fork and brush the bottom with mustard. Arrange the dried tomatoes and ham previously cut into pieces. Sprinkle with basil.
Step 3
Make the device: mix the eggs, mascarpone and milk. Season with pepper and add a little nutmeg.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the top and place the mozzarella cut into slices.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Author's note
A melting, complete and generous quiche... There is no need to salt the quiche machine, the dried tomatoes and the Parma ham are already salted at the base. To be enjoyed with a green salad.....
