1 jar of tomato sauce

1 bag of mozzarella in balls

25 cherry tomatoes

200 g ground meat

1 bunch of basil

6 tablespoons oats

2 tablespoons of wheat bran

2 tablespoons of cottage cheese

2 eggs

Make your own tomato sauce or buy it ready-made.

For the preparation of pizza dough:

Mix the oat bran and wheat bran, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and shape the pizza dough on top by pouring the preparation, then giving it a circle shape by spreading it with the back of a spoon.

Put 5 min in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough, then the minced meat, then cut the mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange them.
