Meat pasta with tomatoes and ricotta

2 onions

1 shallot

2 garlic

400 g ground beef meat

4 knacki sausages

500 g pasta (penne or tagliatelle)

400 g peeled tomato

200 g button mushroom

250 g ricotta tomato sauce

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
First, finely chop the garlic, onions and shallot. Fry everything in a frying pan with olive oil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, drain the tomatoes and mushrooms. When the onions have become translucent, pour 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar into the skillet and stir vigorously to slightly caramelize the mixture.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan filled with salted water and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4
Switch to low heat and add the sausages cut into slices. Add the mushrooms as well. When the sausages have turned a little colour, add the minced meat.
Step 5
When the minced meat is also a little colourful, add the peeled tomatoes and the jar of ricotta tomato sauce.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and set aside in a bowl.
Step 7
Stir and simmer over low heat to season to your liking and add 1 teaspoon of basil.
Step 8
Try it and it's ready.
Author's note
Serve hot on pasta like penne or tagliatelle. You can also add grated Emmentaler or grated Parmesan cheese.
