Meow potatoes (herbs and yoghurt)

Number of people

8 medium potatoes (2 per person)

4 cloves of garlic

Basil (preferably fresh)

Herbs (chives, parsley...)

Olive oil

3 plain yoghurts



Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic cloves with the basilc.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes in half and decorate their flesh with shallow crosspieces using a sharp knife.
Step 3
Place the potatoes in an oven dish and put a little olive oil on top as well as the garlic and basil.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated hot oven (thermostat 7-8) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce by mixing the yoghurts with the finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of olive oil. Put spices (curry, massalé, colombo...) according to the mood!!!!
Step 6
Serve the potatoes hot and the sauce fresh.

Can be served with meat or fish! Recipe that can be made by children.
