200 g finely chopped onion

200 g mushrooms, chopped

200 g diced tomato

200 g cooked red beans

100 g green pepper, chopped

100 g grated carrot

80 g chopped celery

75 g bulgur

50 cl of tomato

25 cl white wine

10 cl olive oil

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped green chilli pepper

2 teaspoons chili

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon of cumin powder

3/4 teaspoon dried basil

3/4 teaspoon dry oregano

3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon tabasco

Preparation: 1 hour
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, the onions, celery, green peppers, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and spices. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Stir in red beans, tomatoes, white wine, bulgur and lemon juice.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
