2 chicken cutlets

1 clove of garlic

1 lemon

basil leaf

6 candied tomatoes

2 stirred yoghurts

1 drizzle of oil

Salt

Pepper from the mill

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cut the chicken cutlets into 2 cm wide strips.
Step 2
Peel and degerm the garlic clove. Pound it.
Step 3
Wash the lemon and remove the zest and juice.
Step 4
In a dish, place the pieces of meat. Add lemon juice, half of the zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Film and place in a cool place for at least 1 hour.
Step 6
Wash and chop the basil.
Step 7
Slice the dried tomatoes.
Step 8
Prepare the sauce by pouring the stirred yoghurts, the rest of the zest, the candied tomatoes and the basil into a bowl. Keep in a cool place.
Step 9
Thread the marinated meat onto skewers and pour in the oil drizzle.
Step 10
In a skillet or on a barbecue, cook the chicken skewers.
Step 11
Serve the skewers with the yogurt sauce.
