5 lasagna sheets

300 g ground beef meat

600 g tomato sauce

1 onion

3 tablespoons ricotta cheese

basil leaf

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Step 1
In a fairly high frying pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion.
Step 2
When the onion becomes translucent, add the tomato sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the minced meat, mix to cover the meat with sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Break the lasagna leaves into 3 - 4 pieces and place them in the sauce. Lasagna pieces should be well covered with sauce.
Step 6
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle with ricotta cheese and basil leaves before serving.
Step 8
Serve hot.
