Pancake dough

2 salmon steaks

100 g flaked almonds

4 teaspoons of light cream

15 cl of béchamel sauce

Grated Gruyère cheese

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
prepare your pancake batter and let it rest for an hour.
Step 2
Cut your salmon steaks in half and brown them on each side in a little olive oil. Add your fines and cook until they are golden brown. Reserve.
Step 3
After resting your pasta, make 4 nice pancakes.
Step 4
Lay each of them flat to add the filling.
Step 5
Spread a teaspoon of light cream in the centre of your pancake. Crumble a piece of salmon on top. Add a good tablespoon of béchamel sauce, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 6
close your pancake by folding each side down to create a square. Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese and bury for 15 minutes at 200°.
Step 7
