Pasta and sausage salad with Morteau sausage (spicy)

Number of people

400 g pasta

2 morteau sausages

6 tomatoes

1 bag of garlic croutons

1 lemon

1 clove of garlic

1 red pepper in vinegar


Black olives

Olive oil

1 pinch of salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan. Once golden brown, pat them dry in absorbent paper.
Step 3
Peel the garlic clove and cut it into small pieces. Set aside in a dish.
Step 4
Cut the chilli pepper, so as to remove the top, open it and remove the small seeds. Then cut it into small pieces and add it to the garlic.
Step 5
Squeeze the lemon, and add the juice in the bowl, with the chilli pepper and garlic. Salt. And add enough olive oil to make a sauce.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and put it under cold water. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Put everything in a large bowl. Add the Morteau slices, well sponged and the olives.
Step 7
Add the sauce. Mix well and put in the fridge for a few moments.
Step 8
Just before serving, add the finely chopped basil and croutons.
Step 9
Enjoy your meal.
