250 g penne

500 g pink shrimp

12 surimi

1 can of sweet corn

1 sprig of basil

1 drizzle of olive oil
For the cottage cheese sauce:

Cottage cheese

Lemon Lemon

Chives

Mustard

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large volume of salted water, about 10 min (as indicated in the package).
Step 2
Shell the shrimp and dice the surimi in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the drained corn.
Step 4
When the pasta is ready, let it cool after mixing it with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Put the pasta in the bowl and add a good quantity of cottage cheese sauce and the chopped basil.
Step 6
Set aside in the cold and take out the salad a few minutes before serving.
