Ingredients

125 g flour

12 cl milk

pinch of salt

1/2 bag of yeast

1 cl cumin

1 cl paprika

30 g melted butter

1 egg

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

4 dried tomatoes

30 g feta cheese

2 basil leaves

3 slices of ham (optional)

TOTAL TIME: 45 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Mix flour, salt, cumin, paprika and yeast. Beat in a bowl l´oeuf then add the milk and melted butter, mix. Add to flour without over-mixing.
Step 2
Cut peppers, tomatoes, feta, ham and basil into small cubes and add them to the first preparation without mixing too much. (the preparation must not be smooth)
Step 3
Put in silicone muffin moulds in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
Author's note
J´utilise basil leaves that I let macerate in l´huile d´olive, the recipe n´en is that much better.

I add my grain of salt
