4 slices butternut squash

2 tomatoes

2 spoons of grated gruyère cheese

1 clove of garlic

4 thin slices of parma ham

chopped basil leaf

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C (thermostat 5-6).
Step 2
Peel and cut the squash into slices of about 1.5 cm.
Step 3
Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper on both sides. Put on a plate and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 5
When the squash slices are melted, take them out of the oven and cover them with the tomatoes and a little gruyère. Put back in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 6
To finish, place the slices on the plates, cover with Parma ham cut into small pieces and chopped basil, serve with a salad.
