Pizza with herbs

Number of people

1 frozen pizza dough

100 g mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1/2 onion

50 g fresh spinach

sprig of parsley

sprig of chives

75 g fresh cream

1 raw egg

1 hard-boiled egg

1 pinch of oregano

1 pinch of basil

2 pinches of salt

2 pinches of pepper

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Spread the thawed dough on the work surface sprinkled with flour and shape it into a pizza shape. Top with tomato sauce.
Step 3
Mince the onion, sort the spinach and herbs. Chop it all up.
Step 4
Mix the cream and raw egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour over the pizza.
Step 6
Spread the herbs, spinach and onion over the pizza. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and chopped boiled egg. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Cut the mozzarella into slices. Arrange on pizza.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Author's note
If you have very little time, make a Margarita pizza. Made with fresh and red tomatoes, fresh and white mozzarella and green basil leaves, your pizza will be very Italian.
