4 veal cutlets

4 thin slices of ham

1 large can of peeled and crushed tomatoes

1 mozzarella

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil

Basil (fresh if possible)

Pepper

Salt

Black olives (from Nice!)



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1H20
Preparation: 1 hour
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Brown the cutlets in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a hollow dish, place a layer of crushed tomatoes, a pre-cooked cutlet, a slice of ham, sliced mozzarella cheese, chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper, a little garlic, then olives.
Step 3
Add a new escalope, ham, mozzarella, salt and pepper, basil and olives. Repeat until all ingredients are used (this should be 4 layers).
Step 4
Bake in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes (at least 220°C), just like a pizza.
