1 salad

1 can of tuna in its natural state

3 tomatoes

1 pepper (yellow, for colour)

1 handful of pitted black olives

1 handful of soybeans sprouts

50 g blue cheese cut into small cubes

1 large handful of garlic croutons

Pepper

Salt

1 lemon

1 tablespoon mustard

Olive oil

1 bunch of basil

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Clean the salad, tomatoes, pepper, soybeans.
Step 2
Spice the pepper, tomatoes and cut them into large cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the salad, diced peppers, tomatoes, soybeans, drained tuna, cheese cubes, rinsed olives, croutons.
Step 4
Make a vinaigrette with salt, pepper, lemon, mustard and olive oil. Pour into the bowl.
Step 5
Slice the basil on the salad. It's ready! It's ready!
Author's note
Blue adds a deep flavour to this salad, but it can be made without cheese or replaced by sheep's cheese.
