1 rabbit cut up
8 endives
150 g bacon
2 onions
Olive oil
Thyme
Basil
Pepper
Salt

Step 1
Put the olive oil in a casserole dish.
Step 2
Bring the rabbit back. When it is golden brown, remove it and set aside.
Step 3
Wash and halve each endive.
Step 4
Slice the onions.
Step 5
Sauté the onions and bacon in the casserole dish.
Step 6
When the bacon and onions are golden brown, place the endives on the edges of the casserole dish.
Step 7
Place the rabbit in the middle.
Step 8
Put the thyme, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Close the pot and cook 20 minutes after the pressure build-up.
Step 10
Open the casserole dish, it's ready.
Author's note
Endives release a lot of water, it is useless to add more.
I add my grain of salt
