300 g rice

250 g mushroom

250 g shrimp

50 g bacon

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 small can of tomato paste

1 pinch of basil

Butter

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the rice in boiling salted water or as usual.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the bacon.
Step 3
Wash and slice the mushrooms, slice the onions and squeeze the garlic.
Step 4
Sauté the bacon, onions and garlic in butter in a frying pan.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and tomato paste.
Step 6
Season with salt, pepper and a little water and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Drain the rice, place it in a dome and pour the sauce in the centre.
Step 8
Divide the shrimps and serve.
