1 garlic

2 tablespoons parmesan or blue cheese

150 g soft butter

Parsley

Basil

Chervil

Chives

Rosemary

Oregano

1 pinch of coarse salt

Pepper to your taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Remove the butter from the cold so that it is at room temperature.
Step 3
Cook the garlic head in aluminium in the oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes or even better on the barbecue, which will give it a good smoky taste.
Step 4
Chop all the fine, dry herbs with pepper and salt (beware of salt depending on the cheese).
Step 5
Mix with butter, add parmesan or blue cheese.
Step 6
Then take out the garlic head, peel it and crush it into a cream.
Step 7
Mix the rest well.
Step 8
Place in a bladder on a sheet of food paper and put it in the cold or freezer.
Author's note
Excellent on meat/fish/vegetables on the barbecue or grilled or also on slices of toasted bread as an aperitif.
