1 clove of garlic

8 fresh basil leaves

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

1 garlic & fine herbs cheese

1 briquette of fresh cream

Butter

Pepper

Salt



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 35 MIN
Preparation: 5 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Over high heat: melt a teaspoon of butter, add the finely chopped garlic. Add finely chopped basil and rosemary.
Step 2
Add the cream and garlic and herbs cheese. Allow to reduce to 1/3.
Step 3
Turn with a wooden spoon, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Serve with grilled meat such as beef ribs or skewers.

I tried this little sauce by chance to accompany a rib of beef. The whole table enjoyed it. I hope it will be the same for you.
