1 salmon fillet 800 g approximately

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

2 garlic

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

2 sprigs of basil

Thyme in branch

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Cut 4 sheets of parchment paper (oven baking) or aluminum foil.
Step 2
Cut the salmon fillet into 4.
Step 3
Remove the garlic cloves.
Step 4
Wash, dry and seed the peppers. Cut them into strips.
Step 5
On each sheet of paper, place a salmon fillet, add the peppers, garlic cloves, two basil leaves and a sprig of thyme. Season with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 6
Close the papillotes tightly and cook in the Th 6/180°C oven for 20 minutes, a little longer on the barbecue.
Step 7
Serve immediately with white rice and/or mesclun salad.
