1 roll of puff pastry

1 onion

3 potatoes

basil leaf

3 eggs

10 cl of milk or fresh cream

Grated cheese

4 slices of raclette cheese (optional)

Pepper

Salt


Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Sweat and fry the onions in a frying pan.
Step 3
When golden, add the peeled potatoes, cut into thick strips.
Step 4
Book.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine the eggs, basil and milk (or sour cream), salt and pepper.
Step 6
Precook the dough in the oven with dry beans (for example) on parchment paper for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Mix the just cooked potatoes, onions and egg and milk mixture.
Step 8
Cover with cheese and put in the oven.
Author's note
Very good cold or hot and especially practical, especially if you have any food left after a squeegee!
