Number of bricks

300 g cooked pink shrimp

1/2 log goat cheese

8 sheets of brick to cut in half


Basil or chives

2 tablespoons olive oil

drop of lemon juice

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In a bowl, put the olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice.
Step 2
Put the shrimp in it and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
In another bowl, crush the goat with the chosen herb and a drizzle of honey if necessary.
Step 4
Fry the shrimp in a pan for 3/5 min, then cut them into small pieces.
Step 5
Mix the shrimp pieces with the goat cheese.
Step 6
After folding the brick sheets cut in half to make triangles, (usually indicated on the packet of brick sheets) place a tablespoon of the device on the sheet. Fold to make a triangle.
Step 7
Repeat the operation 16 times.
Step 8
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, place the samoussas and turn them over for 5 minutes to brown them.
Step 9
Serve warm.
Author's note
I didn't put any fat to soften the brig sheets before folding them; but we can oil or put a little honey or just water with a brush.
