800 g of soft beef to be cut

1 can tomato puree

Dried grapes

Pine nuts

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Onion

Garlic

Thyme

Laurier

500 g spaghetti

Grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Sauté the tomato purée, chopped onions, garlic with olive oil (about half a glass of mustard oil), thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper and basil over low heat (you can also add fresh coriander).
Step 2
Put the spaghetti in boiling and salted water.
Step 3
Cut the meat into small pieces that will be stuffed with raisins and pine nuts and closed with small wooden picks (toothpicks), count about 3 or 4 pieces per person.
Step 4
Add them to the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Towards the end (about 10 minutes):

Place the pasta covered with tomato sauce and beef roulades in a dish.

Everyone will put the parmesan cheese they want on this preparation.
