2 courgettes
1 egg
60 g flour
3 portions of processed cheese (kiri / laughing cow type)
basil leaf
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
Step 2
Peel the courgettes and cut them into cubes. Immerse the courgette cubes in a pan of boiling salted water.
Step 3
Drain the courgettes and mix them with the basil leaves. Add the egg and flour and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the processed cheese.
Step 5
Pour the courgette mixture into muffin cups. Add 1 teaspoon of cheese to the heart of each muffin.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes then let stand for 10 minutes in an oven that has been turned off.
