3 turkey cutlets

140 g drained corn

250 g red beans

1 red pepper

4 sugar salads

Cayenne pepper

Pepper

Step 1
Cut the cutlets into strips, then dice. Sprinkle them lightly with cayenne pepper, then curry. In a frying pan, heat oil. When it is hot, put the turkey pieces in for about 15-20 min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and wring out the sugar. Drain the corn, as well as the red beans. Cut some from the pepper.
Step 3
In three plates, arrange the vegetables evenly, then the turkey. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil and season with vinaigrette at your convenience.
