Thai duck with young green pepper shoots

Number of people

4 Duck Breasts

2 tablespoons satay powder

4 sprigs of green pepper

4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 package Thai basil

3 tablespoons nuoc mam sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon of mashed chilli pepper (if possible Thai)

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In a bowl mix together: sugar, satay, nuoc-mam and chili paste.
Step 2
Cut the duck breasts into thin slices (it is easier if you freeze the breasts for 1 hour).
Step 3
Pour the contents of the bowl over the duck strips and mix well.
Step 4
In a casserole dish pour 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the minced garlic for 1 minute and add the green pepper shoots in branches.
Step 5
Add the duck to make it sauté (rather pink) and at the last minute add the Thai basil leaves.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
