Tomato mousse with basil and raw ham

10 slices of raw ham

1 small can of tomato paste

2 cans of crushed tomatoes

1 sachet of gelatine

400 g 0% or 20% cottage cheese

1 small tablespoon powdered sugar

5 egg whites and 2 yolks

20 cl of liquid fresh cream 30% very cold

Basil

1 teaspoon coriander

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Mix together the crushed tomatoes, gelatine, cottage cheese, tomato paste, powdered sugar, egg yolks, basil, coriander, salt and pepper.
Step 2
In 2 other salad bowls, beat the egg whites until stiff and the whipped cream.
Step 3
Add them to the previous preparation.
Step 4
Divide into glasses and put 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 5
When ready to serve, place the ham in chiffonade over the mousse.
Step 6
Enjoy your meal!
