Tortellini with ricotta and spinach gratin

500 g tortellini

450 g frozen spinach (in branches)

1 onion

200 g smoked bacon

Garlic

Basil

Salt

Pepper

15 cl of fresh cream

200 g ricotta cheese

300 g grated cheese

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Cook the tortellini in boiling water.
Step 3
Thaw the spinach.
Step 4
Meanwhile, fry the onions cut into small pieces with the bacon.
Step 5
Mix the tortellini with the spinach, bacon and onions, a little grated cheese and season.
Step 6
Pour everything into a dish, cover with cream and ricotta cheese (spoon small droppings) and grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 20 minutes then another 5 minutes with the grill.
