1 cauliflower of about 500 g

1 small can of tuna in its natural state

2 eggs

20 cl unsweetened condensed milk

12 pitted black olives

Pepper

Salt

Chives

Basil



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Steam the cauliflower for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Then mix the condensed milk, beaten eggs, crumbled tuna, chopped olives and herbs.
Step 4
Season with pepper.
Step 5
Add the cooled cauliflower.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into a cake pan.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour (the blade of the knife should come out dry).
Step 8
The cake can be easily removed and cut.
Author's note
This cake is eaten hot with a green salad for example for a light evening meal.
