150 g flour

1 sachet of baking powder

2 eggs

10 cl of milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 can of tuna in its natural state

10 dried tomatoes

1/2 goat log

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°, thermostat 6.
Step 2
Mix flour, yeast, eggs, milk and olive oil.
Step 3
Add the crumbled tuna, the tomatoes cut into small pieces and the goat's half log cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper and chopped basil.
Step 5
Put this preparation in a cake tin and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, let cool before removing from the pan.
Step 7
Enjoy cold with mayonnaise and a green salad.

I recommend making this cake the day before because it is really better the next day.
