Tuna pie, onions and shallots

1 shortcrust pastry

30 g grated cheese

2 raw onions

2 raw shallots

1 can tuna (265g)

6 eggs

3 tablespoons of fresh cream

3 tablespoons of flour

Basil

Parsley

Pepper

Salt

1 tomato (depending on their size)

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Spread the dough in a mold to be missed. Line the bottom with grated cheese.
Step 2
Slice the onions and shallots (by hand or in a food processor). Add them to the cheese and spread them evenly. Add the crumbled tuna, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche and then the flour.
Step 4
Pour the preparation into the pan. Cover the entire surface with the sliced tomatoes.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour at thermostat 6 (180°C).
Author's note
Perfect with a green salad. Both hot and cold.
