600 g ratatouille

200 g fresh goat cheese

100 g Greek yoghurt

1 bunch of basil

4 mint leaves

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

25 g pine nuts

Step 1
Mix goat cheese, yogurt, basil and mint.
Step 2
Season with salt (slightly, the cheese is already salty) and pepper.
Step 3
Arrange in the verrines: the ratatouille, then the cheese mixture. Finish with the pine nuts.
Step 4
Put in the fridge 1 hour before serving.
