1 shallot

40 g butter

20 cl white wine

10 cl of milk

1 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon basil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Sweat the shallot, then put the butter, once the butter has melted, put the flour, mix well (use a whisk), add the white wine and milk, finished with the herbs, let heat over low heat, stirring regularly until the mixture thickens (at your convenience).
